The tasting menu at Kappo Kappo follows the rhythm of the market. Opening with 11 courses, eight savory and three sweet, rooted in kappo technique and shaped by the spontaneity of chefs in motion. Expect A5 wagyu, pristine seafood, and dishes plated by hand, moments before they’re served.
Pairings are thoughtful and balanced: sake, wine, Japanese spirits, and a small but intentional beer list. The menu isn’t published. It evolves nightly, refined but relaxed, elegant without formality.
